I reckon winders should get the tap.
Chapman looks old.
Melksham's 2nd half of 2013 was a fluke... wait did it even happen?
If Kav gets dropped I'll spew.
We arent going to achieve anything this season and finals look off the cards. Play the kids.
Zaharakis has turned his season around big time. I hope he can keep this form up because he's been sensational.
Oh, and on the Fox commentary I think it was Dwane that exclaimed at the end of the game "YOURE WITNESSING THE PAUL ROOS RESURRECTION, CAN I BUY A TICKET?"... but yeah us Essendon supporters have a messiah complex over Hird and are all nutjobs.
WTF. I am standing by, I do my my dues and for my family even more memberships and items to support the club. But I can’t take it any more, you can’t miss from basically the goal square. Didn’t look like he wanted to be out there bellchambers. That’s the end of afl for me and others I’m assuming for the rest of the year. I’ll be back in 2015 and I hope like he’ll this is all behind us and we actually play footy. Wtf. Wtf. Wtf. Punched the wall to angry to keep doing this.
Should have been 7 or 8 goals up at half time but poor disposal all over especially in the forward half hurt us. Melksham was the turnover king in the first Hal and others tried to copy and unfortunately succeeded. Bad kicking is bad football and tonight the kicking was beyond bad.
What’s with the upset losses to Melbourne in recent year?!?!?
Despite that we didn’t play that well, we had enough opportunities - we just didn’t kick straight. Also we were too predictable and try to kick the ball on top of JDs head too much and he wasn’t taking the marks.
Right now I am angry. ANGRY. And its not just this loss. Its the culmination of whats happened at this football club for the past decade. Mediocrity after mediocrity. Does not matter which players you recruit. Does not matter which coach you recruit. The end result is the same. I am sick and tired. I am done. I spend hours watching, reading and supporting our team every ■■■■■■ week. I will always support them but the extra emotion and support I put in needs to be earnt back. Melbourne. Seriously. I bet some flogs on this forum will blame umpires or T-Bell. Does not matter. It is the players who do not put in the hard yards or can handle the pressure when the going gets tough. Been an issue all decade.
Angry is the right word but honestly we all like to see our team win but at the moment it's really hard to watch the way we play football....mostly it is awful chipping around rubbish even when we do scrape a win, you wouldn't watch the replay

I know we're angry.
I know we could have played certain aspects of the game better.
I agree that our forward entries should be better, and our forward-line coaching is still lacking.
But the fact is that we lost because we didn't convert easy shots at goal.
We had plenty of opportunities. Real opportunities, not boundary line hopes.
We lost because we had about ten opportunities to win the game, and we missed all of them.
It's not about Hocking's missed tackle.
It's not about that turnover from the half back line.
We had plenty of easy chances to seal the win, we missed them all.
I know that's tough to accept, but that's the reality.
Agree with all of that.
Worst loss of the season given the context. We should be 7th right now, primed to give top 6 a real shake before seasons end. A 1pt loss to the Dees will sting. Don't be surprised if we come out flat next week
Should have won by 5 or 6 goals but kicked badly. Sh* t happens. The effort from the players was really solid given they got sc letters 2 days ago. Time to back our boys and not be a bunch of fickle wimps - hope the players don’t read the bullshit that gets posted here. It’s going to be a tough few months with ASADA and the team may be up and down from week to week. Not a good time to turn on the club right now!

yes we missed easy oppotunities that cost us.
But those turnovers and stupid decision making cost us all over the ground, not just today, every ■■■■■■ week, and it continues to happen.
You can accept a turnover if a guy has no other option to kick to, and decides to kick it long to a contest, as an example.
It's unforgivable that still so many of our player choose the wrong option and the wrong time.
Even if we'd had of won today, the way we played all over the ground was no where near the standard that is needed to be a contender, and against better opposition we'd have been belted, which we will surely be over the next month, esp if Adelaide plays anywhere near their best.
It’s a lousy feeling after the harsh week. No excuses, bad kicking for goal loses games. Yes, there were other poor efforts around the ground, but in the end we kick straight we win the game.
