Yeah, same!
Sorkin ■■■■■ me.
Can’t handle anything he’s done.
You struggle hap because he’s all about dialogue and you’re all monologue.
You didn’t like The West Wing or The Newsroom?
I can’t even…
Look, I’ll admit, it’s slow by modern standards, but it’s got everything a great movie needs, multi genre - road trip, buddy movie, action, love story, musical, comedy, (country) and western.
Whatever the sequel was, that was gotta be one of the worst films of all time
Who said that?
It’s the dialogue driven exposition, that I find clunky in movies/TV. It’s all written like stage plays. If I wanted to watch a play, I’d watch a play.
Also my sister was mad into West Wing for about 4 years and we only had 1 TV growing up. If that fucken redhead woman started walking next to me and explained a crisis that’d take eeeexactly 42 minutes to resolve, I’d belt her.
No. Very, very, very no.
Wow…I thought both were brilliant
Yeah cloverfield at the time was marketed very very well. Cool concept and done well for the majority, the ending kind of ruined it for me though. But the marketing for it made it must see.
10 cloverfield lane is a awesome movie though.
I can’t stand zoolander. And I despise Napoleon dynamite, could only watch half of it before I turned it off. And I never ever stop watching movies halfway through.
Oh yeah, that was crap.
1917
It was a good movie and I don’t want my 90 minutes back, but it was severely, severely overrated.
Anchorman?
The Blair Witch Project
Agree, great little suspense movie. I love how the tension slowly builds up.
Also, spoiler alert:
I loved how the movie made you believe he was just a little crazy and making up the story about the aliens to keep them trapped… and then it turns out he was telling the truth. My reaction was exactly like hers, “no way, he was actually right!”
The Goonies
Maybe I was just a little too old for it, but I found it ok/good, NOT great. The amount of love it gets in revision is astounding.
Shakespeare in Love. Not a bad film at all- but to say it was the film of the year over
Elizabeth
Saving Private Ryan
Life is Beautiful
Nah.
It was a win for Paltrow as the daughter of a hollywood insider.
Movies I fell asleep during.
Fighting Fantasy
TENET
The DaVinci Code - Good book ■■■■ movie
Suspiria
Rebel in the Rye
Any of the Twilight movies
Any of the Resident evil movies after the 1st.
You’re avatar just reminded me of how overrated Point Break was - or anything with Kenotact Reeves.
Yours reminds me of Suicide Squad
Critics hated it
Movie goers like it.
Absolute ■■■■!
It’s a strange one.
I watched it a couple times. Once you ‘get’ it, it’s decent.
