Great call, loved that show. Spader and Shatner were brilliant
Norm McDonald. The comedian’s comedian. He was great.
Mother & Son (the original) is also the best, in my opinion, Australian sitcom of all time.
Married with Children definitely underrated.
Father Ted has its moments too
Any clip of him on Conan is a guaranteed hit
What was the one in a bookshop?
Black Books?
No arguments. The chemistry between Ruth and Garry was unparalleled.
I had an English friend who was an actor’s agent .He said the trick was to get the male and female stars who could bounce off each other in comedies. Gary and Ruth were perfectly matched.
“The Work Outing” is one of the funniest episodes of any show I’ve ever seen.
I’d put The Two Ronnies into the underrated category. It’s usually thought of as just another Brit sketch show. It was a sketch show, but it was full of brilliant lines. Impossible to watch without laughing the whole way through.
Porridge was fun until the actor playing the young cellmate overdosed and died.
I loved The Larry Sanders Show
Bob Newhart - genius
Lano and Woodley had a tv series… i was pretty stoned during that time…i remember it be very very funny… but some confirmation by someone else would be nice!
No way a show like Married with Children would go on the air in today’s society if it did it will get axed straight away a lot of fat woman jokes
Miss the 80’s and 90’s no one bat an eye lid and just had a fun time laughing at comedy.
Home Improvement is massively underrated. So damn funny
Mystery Road is also very underrated
As is Becker- Ted Danson is sooooo good in that
Overrated: Big Bang Theory- every character I could dropkick off a speeding train without a 2nd thought
