Mute me if you want.
Big crowd. Really was a home ground advantage. It was like we had an extra player
Still most likely will get a draft pick as both father sons are probably the top 2 picks
cant see our next loss
Watched from the Down Under bar in Bangkok. The whole bar including the Thai waitresses cheering us on. Couldn’t roll a durry my hands were shaking so much. The difference between pick 1 and 2 means nothing compared to the impact this is going to have on our teenage stars, not to mention every little kid who gets dragged along by their parents each week and get nothing in return. Wish I’d been there, I’d have gone absolutely ballistic. Proud of these kids.
For such a pissant crowd they sure made some noise
Probably didn’t want the win in the lead up but I think long term this is probably a better outcome.
Great seeing the result being led by Sharp, Farrow, Day Wicks and Kako. Clarke, Robey, Kondo and Huss all had some nice moments. And Bryan played his best game for the club.
Had my kids interested in a game for the first time in an eternity too.
If there was a Harley Reid #1 I’d be pretty flat, but there ain’t.
so we haven’t bottomed out yet? so how many of our promising youth and fans do you reckon will stay if we win the spoon for the next 3 or 4 years?
Does that mean Stringer is going to become an top line coach?
Players had all the kids there for the song post game - that’s lovely.
The real heroes today are those fans who went to the game.
Unlike me, you chose to get up off the couch, get your family, and trek into the city on a cold Sunday night to watch an almost certain loss to an interstate franchise team that nobody gives a ■■■■ about.
You guys are bloody legends and you deserve this today.
What a great win!!!
So proud of the fact all 5 of last year’s draftees were involved heavily in the win!
Huss’s effort late in the game against multiple Giants to set up the goal made me jump up off the couch!!
There’s light at the end of the tunnel people!
Hope Caddys O.K.
Well done. It’s a shame to have a post-win thread spoiled by the ‘supporters’ feeling the need to tell us incessantly that the club has stuffed up, yet again.
For those endlessly sooking about us winning, what are you trying to achieve?
Games done, just try enjoying it for a bit. Leave the dooming for draft night.
I say this as someone that went into today hoping for a loss.
What a feeling to finally get a win! Go bombers!! To those complaining about loosing the number one draft pick, remember 2016. #1 Andrew McGrath, #2 Tim Taranto. Enjoy the win. They have been few and far between.
Please don’t be St Kilda.

North’s kids all stayed. Except for JHF who was always going back to SA. None of WC’s kids have left.
