He’s been suspended quite a few times for just the same trolling as this.
And I believe he will be again.
When Bolt talks about the migration issues facing the world and his link to "lax" migration policy I nearly vomited. What kind of person thinks like that?actually where I think RDN wasn't clear enough there, Bolt kept semantically using the detail that the boy was not from Syria to reference his stance on immigration when where the boy was from really has nothing to do with the bigger picture, if anything it should only be used to illustrate the unsafe passage people are using to get out of the region. RDN quite strongly pushed back that the problem in Syria is not primarily ISIS but the Assad regime.
Well then, he is very wrong about that and is merely towing the US line on what is actually going on.
I doubt Tripper has even read this FTA with China.
He has sucked some in with his ongoing crap.
For what it’s worth Benfti, DiNatale is the best Leader Greens have had, except for his footy team. Problem is that his Party never live up to their policy and have been totally opportunist. Maybe he can change that, and sort out my local lying Greens weasels who just try to spoil all local issues.

I don’t know if appreciate the is the right word, it kind of makes me angry, if you had linked an article from the Green Left Weekly however…

Care to expand?
Do they have unqualified Health & Safety Officers? Or shop stewards engaged in extortion and blackmail?Yes, they have unqualified OH&S officers in China. Hard to believe, I know.
Public officials have engaged in extortion and blackmail. Again, you’ll have to suspend belief.
Occasionally get executed for the perfidy as well.
You should enlist. When Bolt talks about the migration issues facing the world and his link to "lax" migration policy I nearly vomited. What kind of person thinks like that?Someone who lives in the real world and not a socialist utopia.
Aren’t people allowed to question if there is a link or is this something else that can’t be discussed like opposition to SSM or a contrarian view on climate change.
Besides its perfectly valid if you ask me and I’m sure every government considering a migrant program would ask that same question.
I think firstly it would be a good start to acknowledge how horrible the situation must be for people living in this part of the world that they would take such risks to escape it. Try to show some level of humanness.
There should be a discussion about migration policy and the migration issues being faced now - but this should be in conjunction with how we can help alleviate the problem be it through humanitarian assistance, military assistance and working with our international partners. The issue in Syria isn’t just ISIS; it is a culmination of problems arising from the Assad regime, US war in Iraq etc. If you think that isn’t our concern, well where do you think ISIS began -insurgency from the Iraq war which we had a part to play.
Acknowledging it doesn’t solve the problem or make the question any less valid.
There’s been enough talk from various windbags (I’m looking at you Obama) ever since the war in Syria began. And guess where its got everyone.
Nowhere.Less talk, more action - the only thing that will solve this is ground force troops from the US and its allies. Preferably China and Russia too.
Otherwise prepare for more of the same with Europe gradually becoming more and more hostile to the refugees.

Oh gee, did CPA revoke his membership?
Woah, DT got banned!
fkn lolI've already acknowledged that he gets some respect for at least appearing outside the usual echo chamber.I assume that because he refuses to answer the question that the answer is "no he did not watch the video". DT always answers by ignoring the question.Sorry - I didn’t realise this was the most important issue around this discussion. No, I have not watched the video however I am taking the cues from other posters here on what was said.
LOL
“I don’t know BUUUUUUT”
Spend the 8 minutes to watch it (you can even fap for about 3 minutes of it) or STFU
Why?
I already know Di Natale is against the China FTA and that he wants more refugees let into this country.I know for the Twitter generation video and memes are everything but unless watching it means the above statement is incorrect then I don’t know what purpose it serves.
Is it incorrect?
Has he changed his position? This is why you are an ignorant fool. DeNatalie has gone to the effort to put himself out there in the wheel house of right wing propaganda and explain his position on things, and you just assume what he is going to say, and dismiss it. Even Andrew frigging Bolt gives him the credit for doing it, you could at least watch it.
Not sure why I’m ignorant.
I appear to be the only one here that knows that the Unions heavily donate to the Greens. And whats frightening is that most of the posters on here are Greens voters…
Some of your best ever work, DT. Kudos.
I know it’s off topic from the OP, but why do Union donations get so much more bad press than other donations from say influential individuals and corporations? If it’s a question of political swaying it’s even across the board I would think.
I know it's off topic from the OP, but why do Union donations get so much more bad press than other donations from say influential individuals and corporations? If it's a question of political swaying it's even across the board I would think.Cos companies could never be corrupt or self interested...
No different to Village Roadshow giving the Libs half a billion and the Libs suddenly finding a need to chop down piracy. Or Reinhart etc advocating for more 457 visas to take a few jobs away from Australians and employ temporary foreign labour instead.
Well, it is different, because most unions are largely about advocating for their members, and some have some corruption.
Whereas companies are only about an abstract number on a page, and don’t give a stuff about people, employees, or anyone else.
Exactly. And let’s not worry about those shareholders. What would they know?
A few commercial interests (primarily miners, and probably other big employers) have done a pretty good job in convincing a fair whack of the populace that unions = satan.
No doubt ably helped by large donations to the Libs and/or buying big shares in media interests.
Has trip been given a rest of has he been banned?

A rest I believe
Has trip been given a rest of has he been banned?a REST I believe
