Both of them are bad when described as hot.
Where was the due process followed? Just another panic promotion. Sources have indicated the new mod has had to go into training for empathy and due to poor communication skills.
About time @theDJR has been moved, they haven’t provided any commentary on VFL this year. It is so bad that I microwaved my membership card.

He did a massive amount of work for our club steering us through the back end of the saga and we should be thankful for that. However… it has been a real let down in 2018,19&20. I can only hope it will be better next year but not positive about it. Sick of hearing the excuses about the learnings new game plan etc, at the end of the day if you as a leader make up excuses as why you are not performing every under you will take that on board and believe that. That does not win premierships.

I keep wondering that too, what has he really done?
Never really liked his initial appointment but I’ve always viewed him as the best we could possibly get at the time.
