You mean they had the whole of the off season to get the surgery done, but chose not to. That is double dumb.
Rozee has had surgery in Sydney today and should be back for round 4.
Some talk SPP is taking leave from the game due to mental health issues also
Yeah I heard this on AFL Tonight just before.
They’ll be fine as they’ve got a cracking list but he was actually pretty important for them as a wrecking ball physical presence around the footy last year. No Ebert as well who was pretty tough as well. He admittedly played more forward last year though.
Be interesting to see what the story is.
Has been some gossip over here that he had a bender and missed a few trainings so the leadership group pretty much suspended him until April

For a group that is strident in their belief that they are contending they’d be keen to make an example like that to make it clear what standards they all have to be conforming to.

Imagine being able to add Rozee and Marshall to that team. They’re scary at the minute.
Wouldn’t it be a luxury to be able to pick a full strength side 
Bonner is the only guy and he’s only 50/50 in terms of being in their best side.

They need to all stay fit though because their depth isn’t that amazing. Their SANFL team was trash and apart from Hayes there was no one in last nights side that would get a call up next week
Their emergencies are all pretty decent. Did Bergman, Farrell and Lachie Jones play in their Reserves?
Powell-Pepper if he decides he wants to focus on footy again will also be solid depth when he’s back.

Farrell and Jones did and both were poor.
Rockcliff was slow and got beaten from pillar to post before being concussed

Yeah Drew seems to have gone past him in the pecking order. Probably just too slow these days Rockliff. Now more than ever with the rule changes.
