He simply doesn’t have the A Grade talent.
Comparing their list to ours for one less win (so far) isn’t pretty.

Most definitely is under pressure and they will have a massive review at seasons end. I doubt that he is sacked but the board will make moves. Most likely that assistant/s will be moved on and the board will choose the replacements and possibly also relieve Nicks of some of his tasks. Big concerns over him being tactically poor and selections are woeful. Personally I think he keeps his job and gets sacked next year mi season as they aren’t going to improve and could possibly even go further down

I don’t think they have a great list by any stretch but their reserves are equal top and he seems unwilling to give games to one’s going ok in the twos and sticks with the same duds in the league side. They have been screaming for a small forward but they keep gifting Murphy and Rowe games yet Newchurch has shown some real good signs in the twos and can’t even get a game. If you are going to finish near the bottom then at least have a decent look at your squad and see what you have. You might just uncover a gem

I specifically asked you about Newchurch mid-year and you said he was disappointing and wouldn’t make it!
Yes I did and I’m still unsure if he will make it but there comes a time when you just have to find out and give him a go. I don’t think he has been fantastic in the reserves but every now and then he shows a small glimpse of something and he has pace which they lack.
If you are thinking of delisting him you might aswell give him a couple of games and be certain of it. He can’t offer much less than Murphy surely. When you are near the bottom surely you give everyone a go and see where your list is at
I’m no fan of Murphy or fourth quarter specialist McAdam.
And if Rowe was as good as he thinks he is then he’d be a freaking star.
You’re not really selling that Adelaide’s issues are about coaching, though.

I do think it’s odd that the Crows haven’t changed their gameplan in ten to fifteen years.
Not saying it’s a bad thing, just odd.
And I understand that people close to the club get frustrated and ignore the obvious.
And the obvious in this case is that they simply don’t have the A-Graders.
They barely have the B-Graders.
I think the team has actually over-performed for the last two years.
He is crap.
Bloke can’t get a kick in the SANFLand has already checked out. Will move back to Victoria at seasons end
