Should I buy a pool?

I think a spa with Melbourne weather would be cool. Do it!

I’ll take buyer finder fees of around 20%. You spend 30k at most on the pool and use the rest for a Blitz pissup!

I’ve had a spa. Not cool. Not worth it. Pain in the neck.

Lol, I drive a 2008 Toyota Aurion. You think they would do a straight swap?

Is it not normal to have those already?

Hydro or drug lab is probably more common, but they’ll cost you lots in electricity.

Not if you splice the power direct from the power lines. So I’ve heard! :sunglasses:

I dated a girl who lived in Brighton, and the house had an elevator in it…

I still find it confusing to this day. There were stairs, and an elevator…

Was she disabled or lazy?

Nope. Neither were here any of her family.

They just had it…

Did they have a pool?

If so, can you ask her if I should get one?

Old people often put them in when their knees go or sometimes it’s to help get the shopping up the stairs.

What, pools?

That’s true.

But they were a young healthy family though. Maybe someone lived there before them and had it installed? It just always seemed weird to me.

I will ask her about the elevator. Not your pool.

Don’t get one unless you have a teenaged son you want to ■■■■ off by making him clean the bloody thing every week.
