Do comment on any of this from information inside or is it just opinion looking in from the outside? What makes you believe Vozzo is a yes man and Rosa is just a token hire?
If weâre in similar circumstances this time next year with no further progress in development, standards, resillience etc then I think the footy dept will rightly be under pressure.
Not saying that means sack the coach and sack everyone but it would mean the program is likely not delivering the results as expected and scrutiny on why would be valid and changes would be necessary to itâŚ
Well what is happening now is not working is it? And its been a cycle for 20 years. Its time for change and to cull the list. Be at the bottom for 3-4 years with a new drafting process and mentality into blooding young players. Weâll have a better chance to contend then the absolute spuds wearing our clubs guernsey at the very minute
Highly doubt it we will be sitting on blitz during the rebuild phase and still asking the same questions that we are asking now.

So then we will continue the way we are in a forever ending cycle.

Yeah its so farked. We cant even celebrate young talent coming through because we got none. Like literally stuck in no mans land. This is probably the lowest Iâve been as a supporter.
2016 was okay and I went to every game because I enjoyed watching Tippa etc play and had hopes once our boys got back into the team we would contend. Plus we had the footy world against us.

Even 06 was okay. Drafting Gumby, Jetta, Hislop and Davey got us excited and I remember the blitz pretty up and about after our convincing victory against the Crows in round 1 2007 when we had basically lost all our round 1 games up until then lol.
Well im hoping having another season fade out has forced Brads hand to make the neccessary changes to the list.
He can start by telling players this week that they are playing for their careers you have 4 games left to prove if you want success at essendon if not then the exit is that way

A rebuild is only a rebuild it the club both announces it and their actions match. You havenât gotten the first and certainly not the 2nd nino. So you donât know what will happen. But whatâs been happening certainly ainât it

I have no confidence in the club doing a rebuild right we will still be here lamenting how â â â â we are.
We think weâre Geelong or Sydney and can just top up with âelite top end talentâ through trades and some flukey young guns through other means and stay in the hunt year in year out.
Guess what, we ainât those teams.
The arrogance of this club that we never need to rebuild and havenât for decades, and that 21/22 was the closest we got to starting to go down that path, and then the drunken coup stopped that â â â â right in its tracks! No way lads! We can win a final soon!

Find it hard to disagree with much of thisâŚâŚat no point this season did I think or believe we had eradicated the crap from last yearâŚhonestly I felt we were being more acvountable but I couldnât trust it until they produced it in a finalâŚ.alas that wonât happen this year or next I feel.
