We as members need to drive change. We are used to a melancholy understanding of this sad club as it is what we are used to but I think honestly it is time for us to make a change. We go out and support this club and the rich get richer, the board members rock up to their meetings, discuss our abundance of sponsors, pokie machines and selling false hope to members and drive home with their pockets filled and a zero ■■■■ of how we perform.

Watch these the tin rattlers north, hawthorn (who have been in a full rebuild for 2 years absolutely smoke us in years to come. It will be a continuous pattern of sheer mediocrity

I understand we all love and support this team. But for crying out loud, we are the supporters and what should be the back bone of this institution. Surely we have a say? We as supporters are the blood of this club. If I know money hungry corporate scum, the only way to get change is effect the profits. We shouldn’t bother turning up to games/ being a member if we are delt with consistent let down. A membership is suppose to be a stake or representation of the club but it is none of that. It is purely contributed to making money hungry ass wanks make ■■■■ decisions about the club.

And we mostly have one bloke to thank for that. Unfortunately he has been enabled by the crooks on the board and idiots like Sheedy protecting his back.
We are now at the point where we are too far gone thanks to his monumental stuff ups and a hard reset is the only option but the club is too gutless and full of hubris to do things properly.
I will absolutely guarantee that in 5 years time we will sitting here again like Groundhog Day because the club has once again gone for the shortcut. We really are the A-Mart of football clubs.

Could not agree more. Again the white collar have taken a club that stood up for so much more into an investment opportunity and drive false hope to fans and have completely destroyed the passion, drive and culture we once had. The board members have been pretty consistent for the past 20 years, the supporters need more say.

I do think the penny is slowly starting to drop with Brad, his team selections in recent weeks are starting to reflect that.
Unfortunately we made some incredibly dumb long term contract decisions this year with Gresham, Mckay, Mcgrath, Langford, Ridley etc that is going to fk the club for a few years.
Best thing we can do with those players is front end the fk out of them while we commence prioritising kids the next 3 years not picking up free agent mercenaries during that time.

No offence, a great letter but they don’t give a ■■■■. It’s not like they go out there to purposely lose, We just dont have a good playing group with enough talent. Look at a side like Geelong, they have about 10 players who could be captains of that club.
That’s on list management and development. We dont draft the right players nor develop them.
I’m fully convinced now that the club doesn’t actually care about winning flags. They’ve got their membership numbers, marquee games, good crowds, sponsorships, etc.
They only do just enough in the footy department to not ■■■■ people off,and that’s it.
When all the heat was coming at Dodoro last year, they hire Rosa. But he needs to learn from Dodo and now Dodo leaves when he wants.
Let’s have an internal review to make us look like we have integrity. But don’t review recruitment and then for CEO, let’s just give it to the guy we know who did the review. People get upset, sack him, hire someone else.
Let’s do enough just to get us around near the top 8. If we miss finals, we’ll trade a lot to settle people down in the off season.
Poor performances? Sack the coach, because wholesale changes to the list is harder and we can’t risk being down down for too long.
I know! We’ll hold a panel to pick a coach. That way people think we’re doing it properly and if it goes wrong, we can point to them. But on the side, let’s ask Scott and then just hire him.

Dodoro runs this club, has his own space and all others sit on the bench outside his space while he makes the decisions.
Guy is the worst thing at this club and has been for over 20 years and yet we STILL cannot get rid of him.
