Need to remove all âEssendon Peopleâ from leadership positions because theyâre continually making decisions to the detriment of the club and side for decades.

Well we hired an external group for our coaching hire and they still stuffed it up.
Knights, Rutten and Worsefold would be rolling around in fits of laughter at this dysfunctional football club.
Thatâs coz they werenât really serious about using their recommendation for hiring the coach. It was just a facade.

I think they had it in mind to hire him all along, it was the safe and easy choice. An experienced coach, from AFLHQ so âapprovedâ by the AFL who weâre still trying to stay on their good side.

We could try get Peggy OâNeal to be our Peggy OâNeal. I wanted that three or four years ago! She doesnât even need to be in an official position, but we could do worse than to have her as a sounding board for those in the official positions.
But just no more Essendon Peopleâ˘. The old boys can fk off. Yes, have your reunions and whatever, thanks for everything, but that approach doesnât work anymore.
