Spec/changes for Freo game - Sat 24th June 7.25pm @ Optus (in Perth)

Draper can’t do a full ruck load. I think you’d be looking at parish in for Guelfi or snelling

I’m more concerned about Amiss.

He’s like…five.
Surely we can take him?

He’s very good

Zerk, Ridley, or Lav?

I have the chicken manure truck at the ready.

obviously if poor health is the reason, then so be it and it’s good the club caters to that.

but geez for some of them this is either one or one of two that all can all get back together and celebrate the achievements they made as a group.
despite busy lives, you’d think they would want to make it to as many functions as possible.

Will the MEAT man and his award winning lawn mower be in attendance?

WITH PETER PAUL

Wright can ruck.

If Shiel and Setterfield are both fit post bye then I’m probably going to drop Guelfi and d’Ambrosio. Snelling played better than Guelf yesterday so deserved to stay in. Long term I’m backing Guelfi in though

After a shoulder reco?

Guelfi plays every week he’s fit.

I wish D’Ambrosio would as well but he would be much more at risk.

Maybe you’re right but Snelling played better than Guelfi last night so if you’re dropping him and keeping Guelfi in the team I’d be making sure I had the right reasons!

This could be the most full strength side we’ve fielded in years. It feels so much more reassuring knowing that you’ve got readily available depth. It keeps all the players on their toes as well which is great.

I love that we have grinded through this period of extensive unavailability and managed to turn 8 and 5. I feel proud of the this team and this club again.
