Speculation about changes for Dream Time v The Tigs

To me it’s 99% ball usage.

Probably, also noticed a bit the forwards lead once then that’s it, no doubling-back. Sometimes the midfielder has no one to kick to because everyone has moved too far up the ground and are not running back hard enough.

Sometimes the midfielder thinks he is kicking to Lloyd and not Tippa.
Sometimes it’s because a

this Dylan???

I wanna see Hooker forward, no ifs no buts.

IT’S TIME!!!

So lets not bomb the ball in long then. It doesn’t work even with Joe Daniher in there.

PS, (mainly because of his inaccuracy.)

I know that
You know that

Do the players and coaches know that?

Smack is ready to go. Hooker did full training for 2wks off a bad hammy and came straight in.

Brown has been running so lost no fitness, just need specialist sign off on wrist heal & then also get through training without pain/ able to tackle etc

Both Smack & Brown will play IMO

Forward structure back to our winning run in ‘18

I’d be very hesitant to bring Smack in. He needs to run out an entire game strongly first. Brown will be underdone, but we may have to risk it. Zlarke… nup.
Francis or Hooker forward. Brown CHF.

I’d be surprised if Fridge didn’t play. In keeping with the conservative selection policy it’s going to be:
In: McKernan
Out: Daniher

Brown has only missed 3 weeks I think, he should be ok.
Mckernan will be well and truly underdone and should play 2s.

If Mckernan plays then God help them if he does another hammy in the next 2 weeks.

Telling McKernan not to leave the square is fine, but what if his opponent pushes up? Do we go one short?

OK, Richmond have a better game plan than us and execute it very well.
Our game plan is not well bedded down and not proven against Richmonds.

However comparing the 2 teams based on Round 9, it reveals that Essendon has better rating except for the last 4 players.
We lost Joe, they lost Soldo, their 4th best player. Joe was our second worst player according to the algorithm used.

So… Richmond by 3 goals. But there is some hope for us based on player talent. ( but we always knew Richmond are very good team of fairly average players, whereas we are looking like an average team of good players.)

the why do i sheet myself as soon as the opposition get into their 50. yet when we get into our 50 I’m fairly confident its going to come back out more times than not

Anyone tip us this week?

I think there’s a crazy drunken old biddy living in Berwick that may have.
