Almost everyone does these days. Wonder when it changed?
Ah DJR and his old Sarah Michelle Gellar fetish
(don’t worry I’m a fan too, maybe not a “make a thousand gifs” fan, but still…)
Shut up, Parker.
This is the most ridiculous thread ever.
Good work, keep it up!
Fixed.
Surely there’s a SMG gif for fixed?
They should be Eliza Dushku gifs.
You people are weirdos.
That’s pronounced “weer-dos”.
You gotta have Faith
Is that actually wrong? Or just slightly less right?
Obliged/obligated is along similar lines.
Bit like ‘educative’. Surely you just use ‘educational’ but both are in the dictionary.
Yep.
It’s a stupid hotchpotch language.
All right I’ll post it.
Can you be more pacific.
That esculated.
Are people aware there’s no such word as commentate? They comment, they don’t commentate…
Anyhow, back to pronunciation… for a long time I ignorantly thought it was Chi-pottel (rhyming with wattle) Sauce, not Chi-pot-lay. Probably even foolishly asked for it as such in Subway… Idiot…
Problem is that the Yanks add words that already have a word that fits exactly, and has the same root.
There needs to be someone who tells them to ■■■■ right off and use the existing word, like the French, Spaniards and Germans do, for example.
I’m sure we’re all in agreement here…who the ■■■■ thinks agreeance is a reasonable word to use?
I can if you arks me nicely.
