Looks like a Jamie Elliott clone to me. His marking is a feature despite his height, he’s strong over the ball and well balanced.

I know for a fact why most clubs didn’t pick up dusty the last time he was coming out of contract. Clubs were turned off by all the stuff they would have to do that richmond were doing - eg paying his phone bill, controlling his money in the off season and so on. Hard maintenence.
