Landfall creeping northwards- pretty much over Redcliffe now. Bribie Island in for a hammering it seems. Theyâre predicting the rain event could last up to 5 days now as Alfred has slowed down.
Evacuations in order already for Lismore & other Northern Rivers areas.

Worst of the wind and rain will be on the south side of where it crosses, so slightly more northern trajectory isnât ideal for the GC.

you near the highway or m1 end. I was living smack bang between them on durigan in 2017 when ex TC debbie dumped on the the area. we had flooding across durigan st in the areas shown in the map but only to about 1-2 deep. most places had prepped so were ok
