There is a few assistants out there like Enright,Kelly,Jamie Graham etc avaible yet we are going to ■■■■ away that opertunity by hiring another washed up ex coach
He has looked like that since he was 18

It was reported during the week that Carlton are in the process of drawing up a short list of candidates and would be contacting them. I’m not sure if that’s how all clubs do it.
At the very least, Hird has raised the bar for ‘enthusiasm’ for the job.
Otherwise we’d be in the same boat of attempting to convince people to apply…. Which seems to be a common occurrence for this club.
