Brad Scottâs game plan hasnât been fully learnt and implemented yet.
The players havenât done any ball movement strategy since Brad has arrived.
I donât think what weâre seeing is the end product. I also donât believe that the high defensive set up is our only defensive set up, moving into the future.

We paid two pick upgrades to the second round for Caldwell. I should think Hobbs has very similar value

LOL, Sam Mitchell and Adam Kingsley joined the Hawks and GWS at the same time as Brad did Essendon. To say there is a lack of talent there is one thing, but to say we canât learn a gameplan over 2 years is laughable at best. Like Whoosha, this guy is taking this club for a ride.

Contested football at stoppages and high pressing defensive set up.
What I should be asking is why is the gameplan so complex that we canât learn it over a single pre-season?

The players have been unable and unwilling to learn a game plan for 20 years.
Unlike Hawthorn and GWS, who have recently won premierships/played in grand finals.

we did have but Heppell, Kelly aare gone and possibly Laverde will be gone too.
We have too many inside mids on the list. We had Hobbs, Tsatas and Setterfield all playing VFL at the end of the year. The list imbalance is ridiculous.
Not bad.
Think Iâd just prefer Hobbs + Future 3rd

Thatâs depressing to see, I wonder how it would have looked before our wheels fell off this year though? Before Shiel and Parish came in and disrupted the nice run of consistency Caldwell/Durham/Merrett were having in there.

Parker would fit in well at Collingwood. They probably want younger mids though.
I think Stringer + 62 to Colingwood for 28 +44 makes sense for both clubs.
Allows De Goey and Stringer to both play midfield and both rest forward.
