Yeah realistically, it’s a 9-10 year process if you get it completely right. Demons and Lions got it right.
It’s why the calls that North show rebuilds don’t work are still premature. People would have said the same things about the Demons in 2019/2020

Apparently its a 4 year deal from us…and that absolutely the most we should be offering. Draper has no done an ACL and an Achilles, we’d be insane to offer him anymore. It would be the right call if Essendon stuck to its guns and didn’t push out the deal. If he wants more year…he can go to Brisbane or Adelaide etc.
