Maybe not bad eggs but they are on bad contracts which will hurt us for years to come. Sometimes you need to realise your errors and rectify it.

If clubs came to us asking the question and offering us decent picks more then happy to trade them i would help them pack thier bags
Players often need a fresh start to revitalise their careers.
Just because they play well at their new club, doesnt mean they do the same at their previous club.
It’s more than just about draft capital in a trade, it’s about opportunity.
You don’t have to ‘win’ every trade.
You want first rounders for everyone.

You cannot get away from the cold hard fact, that we have too many injury prone players on our list.
We need to cut a bunch of them. You cannot carry this many injury prone players.

Don’t get me wrong - he’s a very good stopper.
Id have almost any of our players on the trade block.
Keepers- Merrett, calders, duzz, kako, caddy, roberts, johnson, clarke and duursma (dispoal yesterday was shocking)

Most clubs would be mad not to talk to him.
I had heard from Port people that they are resigned to him leaving and are already prepared for it.

Trade a lot of the mentioned players for 2nds and 3rds and use those to get GC pick 4.
Take 4 and probably ours to the draft or use them on Reid.

The more Melbourne are losing and the further we fall I am starting to lean against going all in on a Harley Reid trade.
If we somehow do end up with two top 5 picks I think its probably best we take them to the draft.
Is this years draft projected to be a strong one?

Bevo has been trimming his talent to the point that the dogs are a very competitive team that never seems to make the next step to a top 4 side. Guys like smith and to an extent stringer are the ones that lift you into that category.
Says more about their culture that they keep bringing in these sorts and can never figure out how to make them work where as successful teams can and do make it work.
