You thought of tippa?

Wrong thread

yeh, I’m not sure I call 3 goals a bag of goals. If it was 5 yeh.

You gotta watch it to get where I’m coming from.

Yeah I know, the lav handpass to tippa :ok_hand:

Saints cut us up easily, you would like to think if the game was for premiership points then there would be a lot more pressure, but you can’t always be sure with us, just take our last few games for example.

Best return was 11.13 from 10 games in 2019
8.9 in 2016 in 9 games
A couple of years he had 5 and 6 goals
Can’t have been too many “bags”.

We’ve moved past Koby, we need to focus on the next generation (U12’s) and build from there.

One bag of 3 goals, last round of 2018 (3.3) against Port.

I like the idea of Lav forward. If he can stay injury free he’ll bring a toughness up there that we don’t have.
Did Gresham play forward today?

I hope the Lav forward thing is more a reflection of his position in the pecking order in the backline as opposed to there being any actual prospect that he plays there in the seniors.

Unfortunately it is simultaneously a good sign for our key back stock and a horrible sign for the form and fitness of our genuine tall forward options after Peter Wright.

I think he kicked them all in the first half.
Actually all in the first qtr.

purple patch!

He’s also still very small, he really needed to put more muscle on to have a impact

He never did. I’d be shocked if he kicked 2 or more goals 2 - 3 times.

I think the phrase you’e searching for is: “they need more time to gel”

might be a good thing

We could do worse. Apart from his kicking yips, I quite liked him as a forward. His leading patterns were good and he created space for others even if he wasn’t getting the ball. Our tall forwards are generally too static and often run to the same place when they do move.

Kick 8 what?

8 OOTF
8 points
8 team mates

Can you be more specific?

Now that is rubbing salt into the wound, I don’t think we’re there yet…
