He is exactly the player we should be looking at.
This is why you poach key backs or look for mature age players in state leagues. The drafted kids just take too damn long to come on. Not a good investment in my opinion.

Reid hasn’t played or had a decent run at building continuity in his body or game so we’re not missing much. When / if his body becomes more durable it will be like having a new recruit, even if he’s missed years of development. This can only be a good thing assuming he finally gets on the park?

Yeah, nah. Not sure I want your plaudits, I didnt see the point earlier on but hard to not feel enamoured with him integrating himself amongst the young indigenous talent.

Young players getting serious injuries is number 1 on the list of things that just break my heart. It ■■■■■■■ sucks especially with all the work he looks to have done over the pre-season.
