Sounds so much like early days Fantasia.
We already know he has elite endurance and speed.

Club reporting itâs a sprain and 2 weeks in a moon boot.
See!! I told you Michael wouldnât lead us astray!!
If it means he avoids AFLX then itâs great news.
Mickie Niklos!!!
Well whoâre ya gonna believe? Some dude with degrees responsible for the health of the entire list, or me, DeckhamâŚahmâŚBlitz personâŚavatar.
Thank fark
Tom âmaking it up as he goes alongâ Browne
2 weeks = return in 2020
Also the club are now saying itâs just a strain? TIME TO PANIC
âStrainâ⌠pfffft.
RIP IN PEACE ZERRETT
How does Tom Browne keep his job?
Itâs a step up from knock at least
Knock = Dead
Strain = Amputation
Early Onset/General Soreness = Season
Carrying an injury = 12 weeks
Essendon injury reports are like reading Fox News - you know there may be one or two true things in there but the rest is the spinniest spin that ever spun
Iâm more concerned with the clubâs statement âwont impact the start of the season at this stageâ****
Tom was the first reporter (non blitzer) to report that Zach got injured. Cut him some slack, he practically said that he wasnât sure what the issue was at the time, but looked like a knee.
they will only know how long he will be out for based on how the injury responds to treatment.
A few drills including stop/start bursts then handball, focussing on driving the knees to generate acceleration. Another for the small forwards Walla, Houla, Begs & Bags â gruelling running, sprints, weaving around poles, then snapping for goal â and repeat until almost vomit-time. Calls of âyouâre forwards â kick goals!â , and âcatch him, pass him !!â.
Hey @deckham, I wonder if you wouldnât mind ranking the lads as to who performed better in this drill. Meaningless, I know⌠but hey, itâs preseason.
