A real slow burn but followed the same formula that made me enjoy the other seasons, they never be as good as that first season.

I’ve watched 5 out of the 8. I quite like it so far whilst also feeling it’s weaker than the other seasons, but I heard it ends strong.

I watched the first two episodes last night.
As you said, stacked cast. I could watch Tom Hardy play a tough guy all day, and the first two eps are directed by Guy Ritchie so it’s right up my ally.
So far it’s decent, kind of like a grittier version of The Gentlemen.

New season of Sherwood now on iView, all 6 eps. Otherwise weekly broadcast on Friday nights. Very recommended.
Waiting to see this but p’d off it’s probably come at the expense of a second season of Taboo. Tough guy Tom Hardy with some serious demons. Liked that show.
Just watched USS Callister s4 followed by S7 sequel Black Mirror, altogether a very enjoyable ride, recommended
