Theyāre better than the Aus Idol contestants. They were shockers.
This guy should have won the voice back in the day when there some real talent on the show.

Iāve started (and probably finished) two Australian shows, both set in Tasmania. They seem to be more in the Kiwi mould, extremely quirky.

Did you get past the first 2 episodes? They dial back the Darwin detective after than and it really comes into its own, its a great show!

Iāve had 4 goes at itā¦early in the 2nd episode. Another I couldnāt abide was the detectiveās wife, the vet. Ring the cop any time of the day for trivialities. I donāt think there was a single character I felt the slightest bit of empathy for.
My sister has been pushing me to continueā¦but I canāt see how. Iām so negative about it.
Ya farkin havenāt farkin given it farken chance ya farken nong! Much the same, was urged to continue, could farkin not. So much quirk in Oz, so many larrakin sweary types, you could be forgiven for thinking the entertainment industry here is populated heavily by private school drama grads and Fitzroy writer bros who think Muriels Wedding is how the other half sound.

I liked it, didnāt love it. Have to agree about the copās wife though, one of the most grating characters Iāve seen on TV in some time.

Billions is back.
Some excellent drama in recent episodes on the new series of Below Deck: Down Under.
Still one of the best reality franchises, in my opinion.

I finally got round to watching Obi-Wan, The Bad Batch and Tales of the Jedi.
Geez, the animated shows are so much better than the live action ones.
Will have to watch Andor soon.
