US Election - More Division or New Revision? (Part 1)

You’re not wrong. Just did a quick calculation. If both Brown and Kenosha remaining votes go the same way as those already cast in those counties, Trump will just edge ahead.

your innocence is touching

The electoral college - which is entirely justified, tbh. Biden will romp it in on popular vote. If Trump wins, it’ll because the system is gerrymandered so that an Alabaman vote counts as much as several Californian votes when it comes to electing the president, and a DC or Puerto Rico vote doesn’t count at all.

Sounds like Big Tech managed to convince the good voters of CA that if they vote No to Prop 22, their ramen or ride into the city will cost more. Screw the poor bastards with no insurance who get killed or injured delivering your burger.

Biden’s Wisconsin lead now down to 7.3K.

depends if its mail in or not. IF tis just those that haven’t been counted, you would think its at least 50/50. who knows though, going to be razor thin either way.

If it’s one thing non-right parties in USA and AUS are good at, it’s losing unloseable elections.

All these companies are based in Silicon Valley and they spent billions of dollars on this.

If only they spent a fraction of those billions on looking after their workforce.

As long as the party has absolutely zero self-awareness, there will never be an election that is unloseable.

Would love to see Biden win now. Just would love the look on the faces of the Trump supporters after they thought this was a win already.

An unjust system doesn’t magically become just because it’s old…

Trump now less than 8K behind in Nevada with ~ 86% counted.

of course not.

but you don’t ever get to operate under the conditions you want. you operate under the conditions that are presented.

the DNC blaming the electoral college for the loss would just be an admission that they are incredibly shithouse at strategising/campaigning/messaging

(which they are)

Nevada could be a huge spanner in works. I don’t think Biden has a big enough lead after Clark County is done. Rest of the state is basically red.

Ohio has voted for every winner since 1964.

Which counties are outstanding for Nevada?

It’s mail in votes in Green Bay apparently.

Meanwhile Nevada continues to tighten.
