I think people get caught up in āmeanā tweets and rants. he can obviously speak without a teleprompter, and people are quick to grab sound bites without context. If someone can talk without a filter, you take the good with the bad. Heās certainly not as polished as Vivek for example.
Still, I would prefer someone who is anti war, and says āoffensiveā things every now and then rather than the other way around. At least with trump, heās not afraid to state his opinion where most politicians offer none and play a straight bat.
The world feels a lot more chaotic now than when trump was in charge. Does anyone dispute this?

Yes it isā¦but it is a positive discrimination aimed at increasing opportunities for people that employers would choose to overlook purely based on the applicants name, gender, ethnicity etc.

Itās crazy how the left, in their attempt to look anything but racist, have done a complete 180 and are now implementing racist, and sexist hiring requirements. DEI targets should be scrapped.
Itās not hard to hire the best person for the role based on merit. Show no bias to sex, gender, skin color or religious beliefs.
As a hiring manager or business owner, you actually want maximum output from the team and hire from the largest available pool to get the right candidate.
Good in theory, but not always practiced in the real world.

Abandoning Ukraine to the wolves will not make America richer or safer.
The criticism over the Obama/Trump/Biden journey is probably one of them being too slow to help, or putting shackles on the help, or trying to blackmail Zelensky in Trumpās case.
Also most of that money gets spent with US businesses. It doesnāt get to Ukraine as cash. And from a cold-blooded pragmatic perspective is very cheap for degrading Russian capability.

I spent over 40 years working in employment services with both employers and jobseekers.
I lost count of the amount of times that I had resumes (people) rejected where the personās name was unusual.
Employers ringing up and asking for ācute little dolly birdsā for a reception role.
Employers ringing up and asking for a specific age range.
Employers asking me about a personās ethnic backgroundā¦and then that person not being interviewed even though they were highly suitable.
Employers rejecting people based on their family names here in Perth (where certain surnames are strongly attached to Indigenous families)
Iāve seen so much of it so I know what Iām talking about.

Donāt need to, but I will. A place I worked at made life very difficult for someone that came out as trans whilst employed there.
Unreasonable deadlines, exclusion, etc.
Itās common sense that there are bigots, sexists and racists out there that would not hire someone based on their beliefs.ā Or make it difficult for them if employed.

Agree the whole thing is money laundering operation with Americans lining their pockets. This is why the taxpayer should be outraged.
America should absolutely abandon Ukraine and pull all funding.
This would force Ukraine to negotiate with Russia.
What is their end game? To beat the Russian military? What chance is there of this, realistically?
All the pro Ukraine advocates are happy supporting the war as long as itās others who are dying. There are already multiple examples in this forum of people supporting the war. When are any of you joining the front-line? I bet your view would change if a world war escalated and you or family were drafted.
