USAID money didn’t got to Soros, but to PROJECTS of the Soros Foundation.
The now non accessible USAID site referred to USAID funding for projects by the Soros Foundation in around five countries. Repressive regimes don’t like the Soros Foundation Open Society, providing navigable access to sources of government information and information sharing.
The Soros Foundation is a supporter of Open Society Australia, including the Right to Know site. Blitzers have used that site in regard to the Essendon Saga.

I’m sure they’re going after him. However is it true? Did Soros receive US$250m from USAID and if yes what was it for? It could be legit or it could be dodgy. I don’t think anyone really knows the answer to this. I’m guessing we will find out one way or the other.
