At least one other player there (Courtney Jones) is from Aussie Rules as well.

And yes, all three above have been selected for Victoria in the National Championship this coming weekend. Happening in Blacktown.
Kayley Kavanagh (delisted by WCE after a year recovering from an ACL) possibly not impressed by us not picking her up for free as we did Amy Gaylor.
She will return to Strathmore in the EDFL, but play for Box Hill in the VFLW.
VICs fall just short of NSW “Sky Blue” - lost 25-27 after being 0-14 and 6-21 down. Literal centimetres in the final throw that would have tied it up at 27-all.
Hibberd and Clifford in the defensive squad, Manfre in the offensive (1 touchdown, 1 conversion).
In the earlier match VIC beat SA 42-31
Freya charge at the quarterback on the first play saw the intercept and VICs getting to 1m out.
Manfre 2 touchdowns and 2 conversions – played a quite different role in this one, purely a wide receiver versus a lot of time as centre vs NSW.
VIC beat ACT 26-7 after a very poor start, and drew the reigning premiers QLD 14-14.
Clifford killed or intercepted many ACT long passes. Manfre 1 touchdown, but meatball speedster Elkington [sic?] was the dominant one.
QLD match: play-wise but not score-wise they were murdering VIC early. Their very tall quarterback was deadly with the short to mid-range flat passes, but much less so with the longer lofted stuff. Then in the 15th minute VIC rapidly marched it down the field and finished with a Manfre touchdown to make it 0-6.
QLD dominated either side of halftime to lead 14-6, but didn’t help themselves with incessant fouling.
Elkington made a great touchdown receive on the long pass at 14 minutes into the second half. Manfre then converted to make that 14-14.
QLD got one yard from victory at the end, but VIC held them out.
