Zach to Hawks for 15, 25, 26 - Straight forward if they don’t need to trade for King.
Ridley, 15 to Carlton for 23, F1st (Blues), F1st (Swans). Missed out on Khamis, could have interest, 11, 15, 18, 24 as their draft hand to work on Walker points, pretty straight forward from this position you’d think. (We also don’t bid on Walker)
Draft - 1, 19, 20 (Cochran), 23, 25, 26
3 1st rounders in 2027, Ours, Blues, Swans.
Do Carlton want Ridley?
I’m highly sceptical on the Hawks giving up 3 picks from this year’s draft. Think we are more likely to chase their future first.
They wanted Khamis, they could be interested, no active links tho.

Rather than trading pick 15 or pursuing future picks for Ridley, we should capitalize on this year’s draft. Given the substantial quality from picks 1 through 25, I am confident we can identify multiple 200-game players within the 10 to 20 range.
Getting a F1 for Ridley will be very handy for the NGA/FS young fellows next year.

So true. So many variables in next years draft. Load up on this year’s draft and do everything to get two top 5 picks.
If we need picks for Bewick next year, worry about it then with players like Parish or 2028 picks etc.. Next year’s draft will be the easiest draft to trade into in history.
